The meeting was prompted by media reports about violations during the investigation of the death of road policeman Evgeny Potapovich. The president heard the complaints and sent his representative to Mogilev to discuss the situation.
Natalya Kochanova offered apologies to the representatives of the local Roma diaspora for possible abuses that might have taken place during the investigation. She emphasized that all the complaints will be processed. She underlined that interethnic peace is an absolute priority in our country.
