On October 31, in Soligorsk, the winners of the professional skill contest “Minsk Oblast Master-2019” will be honored.
Prior to this event, representatives of various organizations and various professions and industries competed among themselves throughout the year. At the same time, regional industrial organizations independently chose the most massive and popular professions, for which they held skill contests.
So, competitions in labor collectives took place, regional competitions took place. At these stages of the competition alone, more than 500 representatives of various professions took part.
By the way, this year 27 people were awarded the high title “Master of the Minsk Region-2019”: nurse, seamstress, electrician, veterinarian, teacher, cook, etc.

For the first time, the professional mastery contest “Master of the Minsk Region-2019” was held back in 2013. In just 7 years of the event, 131 representatives of various professions were awarded the honorary title. The competition involves both experienced workers and young people.
The purpose of the competition is to increase the prestige and qualifications of labor of workers in mass professions, restore the human resources of enterprises in the region, promote best practices and attract young people to the real sector of the economy. By the way, the organizer of the competition is the Minsk Regional Association of Trade Unions.
