Exercise will be conducted in two phases 4 and 5 June . On the first day of the exercise will be simulated terrorist attack on the dam , which will occur as a result of undermining the water seal , which could lead to flooding of settlements of the district . Applying emergency repair gates and cope with the accident , the exercise participants will need to liquidate the consequences of the removal of the soil in the dam .
The next step exercises Vileika reservoir will be wrecked boats and pleasure boats . To rescue people from the reservoir surface will be directed salvage service and emptied the force . Specialized services will also need to rescue people from a sinking car. Later exercises participants will need to limit the spread and eliminate pouring flammable liquid . On the same day will start Emergency Commission at Vileika executive committee in the aftermath of flooding of settlements . After which the participants will conduct exercises resettlement of residents from the flooded villages. Introduction of an accident involving a bus carrying at least 20 people , the accident with the release of ammonia Vileika OJSC " Molodechnensky Dairy Plant" completed the first day of the exercise .
The second phase of the exercise will be no less interesting. Already in the morning exercises participants will need to liquidate the consequences of forest and peat fires , prevent the spread of fire on the railroad tracks and search injured after an explosion in the building. On the same day will fire at Vileika of " feed mill " and the accident with the release of chlorine.
Upon completion of the second phase will summarize complex exercises .
