Sino-Belarusian Industrial Park is the administrative-territorial unit with a special legal regime to ensure a comfortable business environment and investment attractiveness. The concept of the park provides for a convenient infrastructure for business development, a substantial tax break for the project participants for a sufficiently long period, as well as integrated service park residents and provide them with public services on a "one station" (in the world - one-stop service).
The park will be built on the territory Smolevichsky district for 30 years.
