The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, orients the shoe industry in the production of modern shoes. This was discussed on September 9 during a visit to the head of state of "Minsk Industrial Leather Association" in the village of Gatovo.
Alexander Lukashenko reminded that shoe factories after the tanneries are being upgraded. The result will be set up modern enterprise for the production of finished products.
"We should not ruin their production, - said the President. - China - is good, but we need to make their own, the more we are able to do it".
"We need to raise their production, clothe, shod in his own, modern, so that people can be proud of the Belarusian footwear," - said the head of state.
Alexander Lukashenko noted that in October in Vitebsk meeting will be held, which will consider the state of affairs in the footwear industry, as projects are being implemented in production expansion and modernization.
