Regional competition "Relish" among chefs stationary social service institutions of Minsk Region will be held on November 6 in Chervene. BelTA learned in the management of social institutions and material and social security pensioners and disabled Committee on Labour, Employment and Social Protection of Minsk City Executive Committee.
The theme of the contest in the Year of hospitality - "Guests at the threshold." Best chefs will choose in two categories - "Povarskaya and bakery art" and "Appetizers". The jury will evaluate the originality of presentation of the dishes, its decoration and taste quality, workplace, themed tableware and homework.
In the culinary competition will be attended by 22 cooks stationary social service agencies of the Minsk region, 16 of them - chefs from boarding area and 6 - Chef offices hour stay territorial centers of social service of the population. The winners will be awarded with diplomas and valuable gifts.
Regional competition "Relish" is held for the third time in order to increase the prestige of the profession, professional skill of the chefs, cooking demonstrations achievements and bakery art, improved cooking technologies.
