The tourist complex is located near the village Ludvinovo in a picturesque location at the confluence of the river and Servech Vilia. It includes 11 objects. There are built guest houses, cafes, two baths with a mini pool. The two-storey wooden houses "Shypshyna", "Sunitsy", "Azhyny", "Rabina," "Malina", "Karasev" has single and double rooms of category "standard" and "luxury." All cabins offers free Wi-Fi. Near the tourist complex is equipped with an artificial pond.
