Chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee Semyon Shapiro commissioned in 2015 to build power sources on local fuels on 3MVt in each district of the Minsk region. The corresponding order he gave today at the meeting of Executive Committee, BelTA has learned.
"The job ever for this year, but not all areas of his fulfilled, - said chairman of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee. - By the end of next year, these instructions should be executed, that is put into operation on energy sources 3MVt for 2014 and for 2015 3MVt ".
In general, the field this year is planned to commission 10 MW of energy sources to the total capacity of 53.5 MW. Currently commissioned 4 projects with total capacity of 47.7 MW - is energy sources in Gatovo 8 MW, Zhodino 4 MW, Borisov in OAO "Borisovdrev" capacity of 34.8 MW and district capacity Pukhovichi 0.9 MW.
Semyon Shapiro instructed to expedite the construction of energy sources in Smolevichy, Molodechno and Logojsky areas. However, he demanded to ensure quality work of new facilities, "their commissioning is necessary only after the removal of all the observations and the object is ready to work."
In 2015, in the Minsk region also begin construction of three boilers on local fuels with total capacity of 34.5 MW, in the Old road (19.5 MW), Chervene (12 MW) and Holopenichah Krupsk district (3 MW). To finance the project the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development will provide $ 20.3 million.
The share of local fuels and secondary energy resources in the balance of fuel oil in the whole region in January-September 2014 amounted to 27.4%. "In some areas, for example, Vitebsk, share MBT now exceeds 50%. We are still lagging behind, so in the Minsk region, this indicator must significantly increase," - said Semyon Shapiro.
Separately, head of the Moscow region, drew attention to the construction and replacement of heating networks. For the current year to be replaced with 219.6 km of heat networks. According to the October 1, replaced by 149.9 km network. Semyon Shapiro also drew attention to the systems that are in operation for more than 40 years, and the problem areas that can arise emergencies.
