Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated Haitham bin Tariq Al Said on becoming Oman's Sultan, BelTA has learned from the Belarusian leader's press service.
“I am convinced that warm relations and meaningful dialogue between Belarus and Oman will be expanded and strengthened for the benefit of the people of our countries,” the message reads. The head of state wished longevity and successes to the new Sultan of Oman and peace and further progress to the people of this country.
