The work on the Constitution has become the most important element in the political transformation of Belarus, Chairman of the board of the Belarusian Znanie society Vadim Gigin said in an interview to the ONT TV channel, BelTA has learned.

“The amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus were published on 27 December at 15.00. We are meeting with you on Thursday and so much has already been said and so many fake news has been created. Citizens are taking an active part in the discussion of the document. They have submitted hundreds of proposals already. There are civil initiatives on some proposals, discussions, debates What does it prove? This proves that the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus is the most important element of the political transformation,” said Vadim Gigin.

According to him, the work on the new Constitution became the most important political event of the outgoing year of 2021. “Our opponents tried to say that no one needed this anymore. The ongoing discussion, however, shows that the amendments and additions define the program of the future of Belarus and characterize our present,” the political analyst said.

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has send New Year greetings to foreign leaders, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader. 

Greetings were sent to the leadership of the Russian Federation, the leaders of the CIS countries, the heads of other countries in various regions of the world, and the heads of international organizations. 

Aleksandr Lukashenko sent congratulatory greetings to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev, Armenian President Armen Sargsyan and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and first President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, Moldova President Maia Sandu, Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon, Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, Kyrgyzstan President of Sadyr Japarov and Georgia President Salome Zourabichvili.

The Belarusian head of state also receives many New Year greetings from foreign leaders and heads of international organizations and other famous people. The greetings have already been received from the presidents of Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Egypt, Serbia, the UAE, India, Syria, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Vietnam, Palestine, Rwanda, the Philippines and Mongolia. 

The Belarusian president received congratulations from senior officials of international organizations, including the EAEU, the CSTO, the CIS and the International Monetary Fund.

Председатель Воложинского районного совета ветеранов Тиганина Т  Ф. приняла участие в новогоднем празднике с детьми  инвалидами в Центре ГУО  коррекционно-развивающего обучения и реабилитации.

Великий пролетарский писатель Максим Горький  писал:  "Не зная прошлого, невозможно понять подлинный смысл настоящего и цели будущего". Родной край станет для каждого из нас  ближе и роднее, когда мы будем знать его историю, культуру, традиции.

В Воложинском краеведческом музее прошёл музейно-исторический урок  «Тернистый путь к объединению» для учащихся 10-го класса гимназии №1 города Воложина, посвящённый году единства.

 Ребята узнали о тяжёлой жизни  населения Воложинского района под властью  польских колонистов, о национально - освободительном движении наших предков против угнетателей, о событиях 17 сентября 1939 года, которые создали условия для воссоединения Западной и Восточной Беларуси.

В канун зимних праздников 23 декабря 17.30 в ГУО «Ивенецкая детская школа искусств имени К. И. Поплавского» состоялся концерт для родителей «Рождественская свеча». Это мероприятие было подготовлено Реут Инной Станиславовной, учителем по классу фортепиано, Матусевич Марией Тадеевной, учителем по классу аккордеона, и Радивиловой Екатериной Петровной, учителем по классу флейты, дуды. В концертной программе прозвучали известные рождественские мелодии, стихи и песни. В зале царило праздничное настроение. Родители были под большим впечатлением и получили много положительных эмоций. Концерт получился ярким и запоминающимся.

Специалистами государственного учреждения «Воложинский районный центр гигиены и эпидемиологии» в первом полугодии 2021 проводилась оценка радиационно – гигиенической ситуации на территории района.  В настоящее время  на территории Воложинского района в зоне проживания с периодическим радиационным контролем находился  31 населенный пункт; в зоне с правом на отселение- 1 населенный пункт (д. Тихоновщина).

Согласно схеме радиационного контроля проводился   отбор проб молока, овощей из  населенных пунктов с периодическим радиационным контролем, продукции  производственного сектора и исследование их на содержание цезия-137. В   2021  году радиологической лабораторией исследовано  251 проба пищевых продуктов. С превышением ГН 10-117-99 проб не было.

Ежеквартально отбираются пробы из мониторинговых точек для радиохимического исследования на содержание стронция -90 в лаборатории Минского облЦГЭОЗ.  В  2021 году исследовано 7 проб молока и овощей из частного сектора а.г. Першаи. Превышений не установлено.

С целью ограничения облучения населения за счет  природных источников ионизирующего излучения проводится контроль мощности дозы гамма – излучения и эквивалентной равновесной объемной активности изотопов радона при вводе в эксплуатацию жилых и общественных зданий, при отводе земельных участков под строительство. Осуществлялся контроль выполнения санитарных норм и правил строительными организациями. Всего в  2021 году замеры мощности дозы гамма-излучения  и эквивалентной равновесной объемной активности изотопов радона сделаны на  9 объектах при приемке их в эксплуатацию.  Превышений не установлено.
