Для чалавека вельмі важна не толькі дыхаць родным паветрам, любавацца цёплым сонейкам, але і адчуваць сябе часцінкай Радзімы, яе гісторыі і культуры, традыцый продкаў. Народная мудрасць сведчыць: калі не ведаеш, адкуль прыйшоў, то не ведаеш, куды пойдзеш.

 Супрацоўнікі Валожынскага краязнаўчага музея разумеюць, што выхоўваць сапраўдных патрыётаў нашай Радзімы праз традыцыі і добрыя справы продкаў патрэбна з ранняга дзяцінства. Раз у месяц вучні 2-іх класаў гімназіі №1 г. Валожына з гуртка  “Маладзічок”  наведваюць нашу ўстанову.  Цікава і пазнавальна прайшоў чарговы занятак, які  быў прысвечаны ганчарству -  найважнейшаму  занятку нашых продкаў: вытворчасці вырабаў з гліны гаспадарчага і дэкаратыўна-прыкладнога прызначэння.

Навуковы супрацоўнік музея Васільева Т.А. расказала дзецям аб гісторыі промысла, паказала  відэасюжэт аб івянецкіх ганчарах і мультфільм па тэме “Як Несцерка скарб знайшоў”,  пазнаёміла з гліняным  посудам, які знаходзіцца ў экспазіцыі “Беларускай хатка”.  Таццяна Аляксандраўна і  кіраўнік гуртка Таўгень Л.С. прадставілі  дзецям гліняныя цацкі – свістулькі, на якіх  вучні змаглі сыграць прасцейшыя найгрышы.

Участие ветеранов совместно с ГУ Воложинский ТЦСОН в проведении экологической акции «Чистый лес»,  субботник по уборке экологической тропы в заказнике «Налибокская пуща».

Для ўдзельнікаў гуртка “Жаронцы” Ракаўскага цэнтра народнай творчасці была арганізавана экскурсія ў літаратурны музей Максіма Багдановіча ў г.Мінску. Дзеці пазнаеміліся з жыццём і творчасцю класіка беларускай літаратуры, якому ў гэтым годзе спаўняецца 130 гадоў з дня нараджэння.

07.11.2021 года у Ракаўскім Цэнтры народнай творчасці для дзяцей была праведзена святочная дыскатэка “Танцы й хараводы не выходзяць з моды”, у ходзе якой былі паказаны і развучаны танцы 60-х і 70-х гадоў. Дыскатэку праводзіла кіраўнік гуртка “Вянок” Пятроўская Елізавета Станіславаўна.

Тэатральны гурток “Жаронцы” Ракаўскага цэнтра народнай творчасці ўзнагароджаны Дыпломам лаурэата 1ступені на IV Рэспубліканскім конкурсе-фестывалі творчасці “Росквіт.Бай”, які праходзіў 30-31 кастрычніка 2021 года ў рэжыме «анлайн». На суд членам журы была прадстаўлена тэатралізаваная пастаноўка паводле казкі Паўла Місько “Сама рабка – на галаве чырвоная шапка”, а кіраўнік гуртка Хрысціна Станіславаўна Лямбовіч атрымала падзяку.

Специалистами государственного учреждения «Воложинский районный центр гигиены и эпидемиологии» осуществляется государственный санитарный надзор за  соблюдением законодательства в области санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия населения на скотоубойных цехах.

Всего на надзоре находится два скотоубойных цеха: цех торгового унитарного предприятия «Облкоопторг» в г.Воложине и цех ООО «Першайский мясокомбинат» в д.Конюшевщина, которые расположены в арендуемых зданиях.

На предприятиях проводится определенная работа по улучшению санитарно-гигиенического состояния объектов, осуществлению производственного контроля.

Вместе с тем, при проведении надзорных мероприятий выявляются различные нарушения.

В убойном цехе торгового унитарного предприятия «Облкоопторг» в г.Воложине пи проведении мониторинга 04.11.2021 установлено, что не были  переработаны рабочие инструкции по проведению уборки помещений, оборудования, мытья и дезинфекции инвентаря с учетом новых имеющихся средств дезинфекции; просрочен срок прохождения гигиенического обучения у работников; территория не полностью содержится в чистоте (не очищена от опавшей листвы); у умывальной раковины для мытья рук в цехе водонагреватель находится в нерабочем состоянии,  горячая вода отсутствует; емкость для сбора твердых отходов не  находится в технически исправном состоянии, проржавела, с дырами; прицеп для сбора каныги не оборудован крышкой; не в полном объеме реализованы противоэпидемические мероприятия по предупреждению возникновения и распространения инфекции, вызванной коронавирусом COVID-19: отсутствует документальное подтверждение по оценке состояния здоровья работников (отсутствию симптомов респираторных инфекций, не исключающими инфекцию COVID-19) и проведению термометрии.

В убойном  цехе в д.Конюшевщина ООО «Першайский мясокомбинат» при проведении мониторинга 26.10.2021 выявлялись следующие нарушения: поверхность пола в холодильной камере не поддерживается в исправном состоянии (имеются участки с облущивающейся краской); отсутствует аптечка первой помощи универсальная с перечнем вложений, установленным Министерством здравоохранения; недостаточно ножей с различной цветовой маркировкой для замены через каждые 30 минут; не размещена в общедоступных местах (на информационных стендах, табло и (или)иным способом) наглядная информация по профилактике инфекции COVID-19; лица, участвующие в обращении пищевой продукции, не прошли гигиеническое обучение; предъявлены не все медицинские справки о состоянии здоровья.

По выявленным нарушениям подготовлены рекомендации по устранению нарушений.

За истекший период 2021 года при осуществлении государственного санитарного надзора за скотоубойными цехами направлено 4 рекомендации по устранению нарушений, отобрано 6 наименований производимой продукции для исследования по показателям безопасности, все из них соответствуют требованиям.

In January-September 2021 Belarus' export of merchandise and services rose by 32.3% year-on-year up to $34.919 billion, BelTA learned from the website of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (NBRB).

In January-September 2021 Belarus' foreign trade totaled $67.1 billion, up by 31% year-on-year. Import amounted to $32.181 billion (up by 29.6%). Surplus of foreign trade in goods and services equaled $2.738 billion, up from $1.566 billion in January-September 2020.

Belarus' merchandise trade expanded by 33.6% to reach $55.437 billion. Merchandise export went up by 36.3% to $27.413 billion, with merchandise import up by 31% to $28.023 billion. Merchandise trade deficit totaled $610.3 million. In January-September 2020 Belarus also had a deficit of $1.279 billion.

In January-September 2021 foreign trade in services reached $11.663 billion, up by 20% year-on-year. Export of services amounted to $7.505 billion (up by 19.5%), with import standing at $4.157 billion (up by 21%). Surplus of foreign trade in services equaled $3.348 billion, up from $2.846 billion in January-September 2020.

More than 30% of people living in Belarus have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, Healthcare Minister Dmitry Pinevich told reporters, BelTA has learned. 

The first dose of the vaccine has already been administered to 3.12 million people. “As to healthcare and education specialists, social workers and those who come in contact with many people, the vaccination rate in these population groups is 70-80%,” Dmitry Pinevich said. 

According to him, this is bearing fruit as it helps break the chain of COVID-19 transmission. “We see a decline in the pandemic, and this is also due to the vaccination effort,” the minister said. 

Dmitry Pinevich noted that the vaccination is gathering pace. “I believe that we have managed to convince those people who were in doubts. Now vaccines - both Sputnik and the Chinese one - are in demand,” he said. The minister added that “at present about 600,000 doses of the first component of the vaccine are in circulation”. Another batch of the Chinese vaccine has arrived. More purchases are planned. Everyone who wants to get a shot, will be able to do it, the minister assured. 

According to him, at present Sputnik accounts for three quarters of all vaccines used in Belarus, the rest are the vaccines made by China. “The indications for administering these vaccines are essentially the same, with some exceptions. I think that the same will remain in place in the future when COVID-19 vaccination will become permanent (we are discussing it now),” Dmitry Pinevich said. The localization of the Chinese vaccine is also being considered. “Therefore, I believe that all types of vaccines will find their niche in the national vaccination calendar,” he added. 

Speaking about plans to resume providing routine medical care in hospitals, the minister noted that most of this work will be done within a month. Plans were developed for each region, and they are updated every day. “At the same time, we remain on standby. We urge everyone not to lower their guard and take precautions, and to opt for vaccination or get a booster shot if time has come,” the minister added.

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko outlined the tasks to address the most pressing issues on the current agenda at a meeting with the leadership of the Council of Ministers in Minsk on 11 November, BelTA has learned.

The head of state, in particular, set the tasks for the agricultural sector, spoke about the pressing situation with migrants on the border, gave instructions to respond to the Western sanctions against Belarus, spoke about the treatment of coronavirus patients in Belarus. A number of other issues were also on the agenda of the meeting, including the reform of entrepreneurial activity. 

First of all, the head of state touched upon the harvesting campaign, the autumn and spring field works. The head of state urged to do everything in a qualitative and prompt manner, in the optimal time frame. Food prices are high in general. This, according to Aleksandr Lukashenko, will help famers to improve and strengthen their financial situation. Special emphasis should be made on the maintenance and repair of farm vehicles for the spring planting campaign, while the strategic task for the near future is land reclamation. 

Aleksandr Lukashenko could not ignore the situation on the border with migrants. He instructed to provide assistance to refugees at the border, especially pregnant women and children. In particular, the head of state instructed to bring them dry firewood. 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been tasked with raising the issue in the UN and other international organizations. 

The head of state also gave clear instructions in the field of border security. "The Defense Ministry, the KGB, the border troops are to ensure control over the movement of troops of NATO and Poland. 

You can already see 15,000 troops, tanks, armored vehicles, helicopters and planes brought to our border without any warning,” the Belarusian leader said. 

The head of state also mentioned attempts to bring weapons and ammunition to the migrants' camp in order to provoke a conflict. 

Sanctions were another topic discussed at the meeting. “They started scaring us with the fifth package. As for the fifth package, Roman Aleksandrovich [Golovchenko, Prime Minister of Belarus], you have been given the relevant instructions: we must not forgive them anything,” the head of state said. 

Aleksandr Lukashenko also spoke about the epidemic situation in Belarus. Despite the recession in COVID-19 cases, no one can feel complacent, he stressed. 

The president emphasized the need for the clinics that had previously been repurposed to treat patients with coronavirus to gradually resume their routine operations. 

A number of other issues were considered at the meeting as well. “They have been put forward for separate discussion as some additional questions arose in regard to them,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said. 

One of these topics were entrepreneurial reforms. The president said that the task had been set to increase participation of SMEs in financing state expenditures. The government has worked out certain approaches and submitted the draft decree “On the activity of SMEs” for the approval of the head of state. 

The participants of the meeting also discussed the provision of state support to Amkodor and the construction of a new educational building of the Belarusian State University.
