В Беларуси с 9 октября ношение масок и соблюдение дистанции в общественных местах стало обязательным для всех. Данная норма внесена специалистами Министерства здравоохранения в санитарные нормы и правила, касающиеся профилактики гриппа и COVID-19.

Это связано с тем, что во всех регионах республики и городе Минске наблюдается неблагополучная эпидемиологическая ситуация по заболеваемости новой коронавирусной инфекцией. Внесено существенное дополнение – ответственность физических лиц (граждан). Соблюдать правила будет необходимо и в общественном транспорте всех видов, включая такси. В санитарных нормах и правилах также указано, как должна носиться маска: она должна закрывать нос, рот и подбородок.

С 9 октября граждане обязаны носить маски и соблюдать дистанцию в магазинах, объектах общественного питания, бытового обслуживания, при посещении театров, кинотеатров, культурно-массовых мероприятий, стадионов, предприятий, учреждений здравоохранения, аптек и других объектов».

Справочно: Постановление Минздрава от 06 октября 2021 г. № 105 – изменения, внесенные в Санитарные нормы и правила «Требования к организации и проведению санитарно-противоэпидемических мероприятий, направленных на предотвращение заноса, возникновения и распространения гриппа и инфекции COVID-19», утвержденные постановлением Министерства здравоохранения Республики Беларусь от 29 декабря 2012 г. № 217 дополнены пунктами следующего содержания:

обеспечение руководителями объектов, организаций контроля за использованием средств защиты органов дыхания, социальной дистанции (1–1,5 метра) работниками и физическими лицами при посещении объектов, организаций;

обеспечение и использование работниками автомобильного, воздушного, железнодорожного, внутреннего водного, городского электрического транспорта, метрополитена средств защиты органов дыхания;

физические лица при посещении объектов, организаций, указанных в пункте 41 настоящих Санитарных норм и правил, обязаны использовать средства защиты органов дыхания и соблюдать социальную дистанцию (1–1,5 метра).

пассажиры транспорта, осуществляющего перевозку пассажиров в регулярном сообщении, метрополитена, а также водители и пассажиры автомобиля-такси обязаны использовать средства защиты органов дыхания.

Призываем руководителей субъектов всех форм собственности, индивидуальных предпринимателей, граждан в целях профилактики заболеваемости коронавирусной инфекцией обеспечить ношение масок и соблюдение дистанции в общественных местах!

В соответствии со статьей 17.5. Кодекса об административных нарушениях нарушение санитарных норм и правил, гигиенических нормативов - влекут наложение штрафа в размере до тридцати базовых величин, на индивидуального предпринимателя - до двухсот базовых величин, а на юридическое лицо - до пятисот базовых величин.

Belkoopsouyz has been instructed to reach 90% of processing in its product procurement system by 2025, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said at the general meeting of the Belarusian National Union of Consumer Societies Belkoopsoyuz on 8 October, BelTA has learned.

According to the head of state, the depth of processing is already quite good. Up to 65% of the purchased raw materials are processed at Belkoopsoyuz enterprises. “How many times have I had to convince you of the correctness of this strategy? The same was true with flax, woodworking, leather, and so on. Of course, it was easier to sell raw materials and pocket the profits. That is what some of the former heads were doing,” said Aleksandr Lukashenko.

The country has huge reserves for processing, the president said. The Belarusian products account for slightly over 50% of the canned fruit and vegetable market, 60% of juices and pickled vegetables and 85% of baby food. “These are your niches. Hold them. We will support you here. Go win back that market. Why do we import so much ketchup, canned beans, mushrooms, corn and peas? We can produce all of this in Belarus. You boast that you are reviving folk crafts, brands, creating modern trademarks. Where is the result? Your task is to reach 90% of processing in your own procurement system by 2025,” the head of state instructed.

“If necessary, develop cooperation with the regions and Belgospischeprom, which destroyed half of 64 vegetable processing plants over the past 15 years. There are 31 enterprises left, and for some reason the government turns a blind eye on it. Let's correct our mistakes. Our country has some small-scale manufactures based on classic home technology. However, they are few in number. I think that no one, except for Belkoopsoyuz, will do it at the state level. You demonstrate that you are able to do it. Spread your best practices across the country. If you need support, both material and organizational, we will help. Lard, sausage, dried meat, pickled vegetables, soaked apples, wild mushrooms and berries - these are the things that should remain your trademark,” Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed.

According to the head of state, this is not about replacing the production volumes and competing with large-scale meat packing plants, enterprises of the baking and food producing industry. “Each one has its own consumer: someone buys mass-produced products, someone is looking for exclusive products. By producing them, you preserve Belarusian traditions and recipes that have been perfected for centuries. Believe me, people will appreciate it,” the Belarusian leader said.

Over 2,600 haulers were queuing in Belarus to cross the border with the European Union as of 6.00 on 11 October, BelTA learned from the website of the State Border Committee.

Over 100 trucks are queuing at the Belarus-Latvia border at the Grigorovshchina checkpoint and more than 200 at Urbany.

More than 200 heavy-duty trucks are waiting to cross the border with Lithuania at the Vidzy checkpoint, 360 at Kotlovka, more than 330 at Kamenny Log, over 270 at Benyakoni, and over 290 at Privalka.

Over 150 trucks are waiting to cross the Belarus-Poland border at the Bruzgi checkpoint, more than 150 at Berestovitsa, and over 550 at Kozlovichi.

В рамках мини-проекта взаимодействия воспитанники "Воложинского районного центра коррекционно-развивающего обучения и реабилитации" в очередной раз посетили Воложинский краеведческий музей. Для них сотрудники музея подготовили экскурсию «Зимородок – символ Воложинского района». Это было уже десятое посещение музея воспитанниками центра с начала этого года. В дальнейшем сотрудничество центра и музея продолжится.

At least 25,000 foreign students from more than 100 countries are enrolled in major and additional programs in Belarus, Belarusian Education Minister Igor Karpenko said during the plenary session of the international educational forum of foreign graduates of Belarusian (Soviet) and CIS universities, BelTA has leaned.

"The theme of the forum is consonant with the slogan of the Year of People's Unity declared in Belarus in 2021. Representatives of different ethnicities, religions and cultures have lived side by side in our country for centuries. This diversity has become the hallmark of Belarus and its unique heritage, which we try to preserve for the sake of peace and harmony in society, well-being and prosperity of future generations. The tolerant policy of the Belarusian government extends to cover education, which contributes towards expanding the geography of foreign students. In recent years, at least 25,000 people from more than 100 countries have been enrolled in major and additional programs in Belarusian universities. Most of them return to their countries and seek professional recognition there," Igor Karpenko said.
