The first phase of construction of the Ring Road-2 will be completed no later than November of this year. This was announced today at a press conference the deputy head of the main roads of the Ministry of Transport and Communications Alexander Golovnev, answering the question of February.
"As for the second ring road around Minsk, but this year will complete the first phase of its construction. This section of the highway Minsk-Vitebsk M3 to M6 highway Minsk-Grodno. We expect to complete the work In November, at least, commissioning should take place no later than that date. The construction of the Ring Road-2 is planned in two stages. As expected, the second portion of the Ring Road from the highway M6 / E28 Minsk-Grodno-border of Poland (Bruzgi) to the highway M1 / E30 Brest (Kozlovichi) -Minsk-Russian border (Radish) should be administered according to the approved calendar schedule by January 1, 2017.
