In Minsk in January-May of the current year for the citizens who are registered in need of better housing conditions, commissioned 113.3 thousand sq. M total area of housing, or 31.8% of the total administered. BelTA learned from the Central Statistical Office in Minsk.
Organizations of all forms of ownership in January-May 4772 in the capital, built a new apartment. Commissioned 356 thousand sq. M of housing area, which is 39.6% on the required task in the year. From 113.3 thousand sq. M of housing put into operation for the need of better housing conditions, with state support built 59.6 thousand square meters.
In the January-May for housing Minsk used Br3101,9 billion investment in fixed assets, which is 22.3% of total investments and 76.6% to the level of January-May last year.
A total of 2015 city plan to build 900 thousand sq. m of housing, including 400 thousand sq. m for the need of better housing conditions, 50 thousand sq. m of rental units and more than 14 thousand sq. m on the state order.
