Residents of the Minsk region appreciate the quality and accessibility of education, culture and sport

Residents of the Minsk region appreciate the quality and accessibility of services of education, culture, sports and tourism. BelTA learned from the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee.

In the Minsk region this year, held a monitoring to study the citizens' satisfaction with the quality and accessibility of services to the population. The survey polled 24,263 people, including representatives of labor collectives and organizations of various forms of ownership and economic sectors. The results showed that residents of the capital region is most satisfied with the services provided by them in the field of education (91.4% of respondents gave a positive answer), culture (87.4%), sports and tourism (79.5%).

The high level of satisfaction with the quality of services provided in the sphere of education is defined in the Berezina, Dzerzhinsk, Smolevichi, Zhodino and Soligorsk districts. Less than satisfied with the quality of educational services in Borisov, Vileyka, Pukhovichi and Stolbtsy districts.

Culture services appreciated in Krupskaya Nesvizh, Dzerzhinsk, Soligorsk districts and Zhodino. Less than satisfied with the quality and availability of this type of service the people of Cherven, Vileika, Pukhovichi and Luban areas.

Enough attention is paid to sports and tourism, according to the respondents,
Soligorsk, Smolevichi and Borisov district. Least of all - in Vileyka, Cherven, Nesvizh, Uzda and Dzerzhinsky.

The availability and quality of medical services satisfactorily assessed 69.3% of the respondents. The high level of satisfaction recorded in Myadel, Soligorsk and Luban areas. Below average - in Borisov, Cherven, Vileyka and Kletsk district.

Service Utilities 62.3% of respondents are satisfied. Most of all utility services residents satisfied Berezinskii, Soligorsk, Smolevichi and Dzerzhinsky districts. In the Cherven, Minsk, Kopyl, Zhodino and Molodechno districts more than a third of respondents believe that the need to tighten up the level of service in this area.

Services Transport satisfied 72.9% of respondents. The high level of quality and availability of transport services, according to the results of monitoring, registered in Soligorsk, Dzerzhinsk, Pukhovichi and Luban districts, low - in Kletsk, Volozhin, Vileyka, Uzda areas and Zhodino.

Appreciates the quality of Consumer Services 74.1% of respondents. Leaders of consumer services are Salihorsk, Barysau, Slutsk district and Zhodino. Ratings below average - in Kopyl, Logoisk, Uzda and Starye areas.

Services of trade and catering, 77.3% of respondents are satisfied. The most positive responses in Smolevichi, Luban, Soligorsk and Borisov district. Least of all - in Kletsk, Krupskaya Kopyl and Cherven districts.
