The banner is made for the funds of the Minsk regional association of trade unions. This is a red flag the size of 1x2 m, which is located in the center of the coat of arms of the Belarusian Public Association of Veterans.
"It is symbolic that the flag was handed to us on the eve of Independence Day, - said the Chairman of the Minsk regional council of veterans Gregory Ryl'kov. - We will faithfully and honestly to protect the rights and interests of veterans of Minsk region to defend the historical truth about the war, and to make all forces for the patriotic education of youth ".
