In the Minsk region announced a contest "Young Director of the Institution of secondary education 2016" to increase the effectiveness of young executives, BelTA learned from the education department of Minsk Regional Executive Committee.
The main objectives of this competition is to identify the most successful managers of institutions of secondary education, extension of good governance, promotion of innovation leaders in the implementation of management activities, as well as the formation of a positive social and professional image makers.
The competition is open to one representative from each district of the Minsk region and the city of Zhodino of Directors of institutions of secondary education with work experience in office from two to five years. Competitive events are held in two stages. The first stage consists of two rounds. In the first (correspondence) round will be given expert evaluation of site of the educational institution, the competitive essays and development program of the educational establishment. The second (intramural) tour includes testing aimed at identifying the level of scientific-methodological and psycho-pedagogical preparation of the contestants. The second stage (final) of the competition consists of two events: the public defense program development UO provided in the first phase, and participation in professional debates.
Among the finalists by a jury determine the winner and Prize winners.
The competition will end on April 14, 2016, a Department of Education Minoblispolkoma.
