Minsk Oblast Council of Deputies at the end of 2015 awarded the prize to talented students in the capital region, BelTA learned from chief specialist of preschool, general secondary, vocational and secondary special education department of education Minoblispolkoma Elena Zhuchenko.
Award will receive 29 students of institutions of secondary education, first, second and third place in the final stages of national competitions on academic subjects. Thus, the premium of 10 base amounts awarded by the students of Minsk State Regional Lyceum Valery Olgomets (10th grade) and Boris Liskovets (11th grade), student of 10th grade gymnasium №1 Slutsk Pauline Zabiela, students of 9th class gymnasium Dzerzhinsk Gleb Mazgo and Vadim Khmara, a student of the 10th grade of high school named Timkovichskoy Kuzma Chorny Nikolaenya Marina, as well as a student of 11th grade Art College Molodechno Anastasia Shabaltas. For second place in the final stages of last year's republican Olympiads premiums in the amount of eight basic amounts awarded 6 students. Prize for the third place (6 base units) will receive 16 people.
The award of these prizes is made once a year based on the decision of the Minsk Oblast Council of Deputies. In 2014, premiums were paid 36 talented students in the capital region. This practice is aimed at social support and encouragement of their intellectual and creative activity. Candidates for the Award are students of 9-11 grades of educational institutions of Minsk region - the winners of the final stages of national competitions on academic subjects.
