The founder and director of a private enterprise for the production of concrete counterweights for household appliances from Zaslaul asked the governor to allocate additional land for the development of production, but it turned out that it is not possible for several reasons. The plot is located in the area of residential development and not suitable for productive use. Semyon Shapiro noted that even with a different set of circumstances could not positively resolve the issue, since the interests of a private company, the land is within a radius of 50 km from Minsk, and therefore, is subject to compulsory sale by auction. "Pick up the land in the industrial area, put up for auction, let the organization of buying it", - he has ordered the relevant office of the governor. Semyon Shapiro stressed in this connection that the inability of an organization to purchase plots at auction in a competitive environment, the development of its production is put under great doubt. "All that is free, that is not appreciated", - he added the governor. However, land for investment projects, without the auction may stand out in remote areas of the capital, such as Luban and Starye Dorogi, he recalled.
Semyon Shapiro charged for a short time to solve the problem of the family, which acquired in 2014 at an auction in the village Annopol land for construction of individual residential houses, has issued the required documents and started its development. Subsequently, during geotechnical investigations it turned out that the construction residential facility on the ground is not recommended: The site is on reclaimed land and was actually put up for auction in violation of the law. As a consequence, this resulted in failure to agree on the construction of the house. Executive Committee Chairman instructed to check the actions of stakeholders in the land for auction, as well as complete the formation of the necessary documents for developers.
