About 150 motorists will take part in a festive rally AUTORUN, which will be held May 9 in Minsk region, BelTA learned from the organizers.
Motorists convoy will travel to the memorial on the site of a mass grave near the village of Pyatevschina Minsk region: it buried 45 soldiers and partisans who died in June 1941 in the fighting in the defense of the village, as well as in June 1944 when it is released. Conducting rally was preceded by a fairly lengthy and socially important work: motorists on their own help in the beautification of the memorial in the Minsk region. Youth Initiative has supported the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.
The aim of the project - to commemorate the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, to show respect to veterans and an example for today's youth.
AUTORUN rally held for the fifth time this year. His party could be anyone. Last year, the project brought together about 200 people from Belarus and Russia.
