The Luban 12 January will be held "open dialogue" on the theme "Science and Religion", BelTA learned from the press center of the Minsk Regional Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union.
Whether science is compatible with religion, is it possible the union of scientific and religious approaches to finding answers to the challenges of our time? As science and religion influence the youth of today? Participants in the "Open Dialogue" will try to find answers to these and other questions. The discussion will bring together more than 30 people - representatives of working, students, businesses and public organizations district as well as experts, as made by the President of Luban District Council of Deputies Victor Statkevich and dean of Luban church district, rector of the church of the Transfiguration of the Lord, Father Alexander.
The event will take place in Luban District Executive Committee.
The project Youth Union "Open Dialogue" has acquired the scale of the social movement and is implemented as a broad discussion platform, enabling young people of Belarus to raise acute problems and to ask questions of concern to the representatives of authorities, politicians, businessmen, public figures.
The debate in the format of "open dialogue" held in all regions and are another form of direct communication authorities and citizens, an effective tool for development of civil society in Belarus. During the discussions, the debates in the different regions, cities, labor collectives new ideas. Citizens get answers to their questions.
