The work on normalization and establishment of the Minsk region and its districts boundaries. The area of the Minsk region on the audit will decrease by 0.04%, BelTA learned from the press service of the State Property Committee of Belarus.
Normalization was subjected to 28% of the length of the boundaries of Minsk region and 35% - regions of the Minsk oblast. The main purpose of this work - the definition of common, usually identifiable at border areas in order to ensure the efficient organization of state regulation and control. The works were carried out by RUE "Belgiprozem Design Institute" in cooperation with land management agencies of local executive committees, as well as specialized organizations subordinate to the State Property Committee. From November 26 to December 26, 2016 proposals on normalization and establishment of the boundaries of public discussion procedure.
In 2017, work began to normalize and establish the boundaries of the Brest and Grodno regions, as well as their areas. Similar works to Vitebsk, Gomel and Mogilev regions is scheduled to begin in 2018.
