"With getting a passport, you become full citizens of the country, and this day you will remember your whole life," said Semyon Shapiro. "You already used many constitutional rights, including the right to education, health care. And duties. This duty is conscientious study, and in the future, conscientious work for the good of our country. "

The governor drew attention to the fact that the solemn ceremony of handing out passports takes place in the place of Nesvizh palace and park ensemble of the 16th-19th centuries, which is a sign for Belarus. He congratulated the participants of the event on the Constitution Day and expressed confidence that in the future they will be able to take leading positions and ensure further dynamic development of the Minsk region and the whole of Belarus.

On a festive day, the children, along with their passports, were given the publication "I am a citizen of the Republic of Belarus" - a colorfully designed album about the country, its history, state structure, national traditions, unique nature and prospects for development. The ceremony participants made a general photo for memory. Also, an excursion to the palace and park ensemble took place for them.
