On May 18, 2023, the regional solemn event "Raising Patriots" dedicated to the Day of Pioneer Friendship was held at the memorial complex "Mound of Glory".
The event was attended by specialists from the main department for education of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, veterans of the pioneer movement, representatives of regional BRPO, military personnel, pupils of the military-patriotic clubs of the Minsk region and their leaders, students of the Minsk Regional Cadet School, Octobrists who came to the Mound of Glory from all districts of the Minsk region and the city Zhodino.
As part of the event, the "March of Young Patriots" was held with the participation of the best military-patriotic clubs of the Minsk region and pupils of the Minsk Regional Cadet School.
Perhaps the most touching moment of the regional event "Raising Patriots" was the solemn oath of allegiance to the Motherland, which was pronounced by the Octobrists right at the foot of the Mound of Glory.
Honored guests, veterans of the pioneer movement and participants of the "March of Young Patriots" tied the guys with pioneer ties, congratulating them on being accepted into the ranks of the Belarusian Republican Pioneer Organization.
At the end of the holiday, the participants and guests of the "Raising Patriots" solemn event tasted the soldier's porridge, which was prepared for them by military personnel of military unit 3310.
