The program of the Belarus-Russia Union State Days at the 35th International Festival of Arts Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk will feature jazz concerts, a circus performance and a series of cultural events, BelTA learned from the Standing Committee of the Union State.
The Union State Days will take place from 16 to 19 July. The opening ceremony will see the presentation of the 2025-2026 Union State Prize for Literature and Art. A press conference with the laureates is scheduled for 17 July. Later that evening, the Summer Amphitheater will host the gala concert ‘Union State Anniversary Calendar’, during which the Standing Committee of the Union State will present special diplomas and awards.
On 18 July, Masherov Vitebsk State University will host a roundtable discussion titled ‘The Foundations of the Union State and Contemporary Geopolitical Challenges’.
Also on 18 July, Belarusian and Russian jazz orchestras will perform at the Ilya Repin museum-estate Zdravnevo, the Vitebsk Concert Hall will stage the circus show Circoletto. The program of the Union State Days at Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk will conclude on 19 July with a grand jazz concert by the ensemble led by Piotr Vostokov at the Vitebsk Oblast Philharmonic.
