For example, JSC Zdravushka-Milk plans to increase production by 5% in 2018 due to the production of a new type of competitive products in the form of one-piece ultra-pasteurized milk of different fat content in PET bottles. Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1 intends to introduce new types of rennet cheese, soft cheeses, including fillers, processed cheeses, cheese products, as well as to increase the production of dry dairy products. The growth rate of production is planned to be at the level of 105% to the level of 2017. p>
The increase in production and sales implies other enterprises specializing in the production of meat and dairy products. Thus, the further development of Veles-Meat LLC will be aimed at providing a complete cycle from the production of raw materials to its processing. Realization of investment projects will allow to provide the enterprise with own raw materials, to reduce the cost price and to raise competitiveness of products, to increase export deliveries. JSC "Gamma Taste" will make one of the main accents on the release of innovative and import-substituting products. This will allow you to load production capacity, reduce inventory balances by increasing the turnover of the product. DPU plans to introduce new types of cheeses into the production and increase the production of dry dairy products. P>
In general, in the Minsk region in 2018, production growth in physical terms is expected for such commodity groups of food as meat and by-products (by 2.9%), sausages (3.6%), whole milk products (3.6% %), cheeses (4.4%), low-fat dairy products (2.1%), canned fruits and vegetables (3.3%), mineral and carbonated waters (2.7%), etc. p>
