In Minsk region, more than 120 sport objects offer their services to lovers of active winter recreation, BelTA learned from the regional educational and methodological center of physical education of the population.
It is planned that in the near future in the areas will start working 26 ice rinks, 45 hockey boxes, as well as 51 ski runs. Frozen weather has already allowed to open skating rinks for all comers in the city stadiums in Vileyka and Slutsk. Also, an open-air ice rink was opened in the active recreation park "Yakut mountains" in the Dzerzhinsky district. With already active facilities for active winter recreation, rental shops for sports equipment (skates, skis) work.
Ski resorts of the country ("Logoisk" and "Silichi"), located in Logoisk district, invite fans of downhill skiing, tubing, snowboards. In "Silichi" for all comers there is already opened the route number 1. In "Logoisk" the main slope will begin to receive visitors in the near future. At the same time, training routes and a number of others already work in both complexes.
