The press service of the Belarusian Railways drew attention to the fact that the opening of the regular urban train lines on this route was preceded by a large-scale modernization of infrastructure.
Along the Minsk - Rudensk also will run 25 pairs of trains on the lines of the regional economy .
Since its launch in 2011, the urban train lines this type of transportation became popular with passengers. All with the opening in Minsk city train lines they carried more than 3 million people. Including in January -September this year, such trains have transported 1.45 million passengers , exceeding the level of the same period of 2012 by 28.9 %.
