The competition was attended by about 300 teachers from the CIS and Baltic countries. It took place in two rounds. The first time ( in absentia ) to perform a test tour teachers and creative tasks , on the basis of 15 finalists were selected , each of which presented one of the participating countries . From 15 to 18 November in Moscow passed the second stage of the competition : the teachers presented their achievements in professional activities , demonstrated the possibility of methodological and didactic educational process, performed creative tasks .

In addition, she received a diploma in the nomination "For the art of public speaking ." In Minsk Regional Executive Committee stressed that Inna Vinnik is an active participant and winner of national and international competitions.
