Charity race "Onkomarafon" in support of children with oncohematological diseases will be held on August 19 in Minsk, BelTA learned from the organizers.
The route will run along Victory Park. Everyone needs to register and run 5 km. For each participant, the Japanese pharmaceutical company Takeda will transfer Br5 to the "Touch of Life" charity fund for the treatment of small patients.
Participation in the race is free. The number of participants is limited - 3 thousand people.
As noted by the organizers, the race on August 19 is not a full marathon distance. "Onkomarafon" is more like a marathon of good deeds, in which each person can demonstrate his civic position, and with his activity help people who are in desperate need of it.
