Check the intended use of suburban areas near Minsk is already underway. "Special attention is paid to associations established in recent years. There are about 50 plots of land that are used inefficiently. And I would like to note that no one will be forced to farm in the area in the winter, but as we approach the holiday season, such monitoring will be carried out" - said Sergey Shimuk.
Mechanisms for recovery of sites registered in the existing legislation. For example, if the site is owned, it is withdrawn in court. In some cases, the plot may be withdrawn by the decision of the district executive committee. Seized sites will be put up for auction.
Head of land management services Minoblispolkoma Manevitch Victor explained that the owner of the suburban area where infringements will be sent an order specifying the time within which you want to start using the land for its intended purpose. "If a person receives a suburban area, it should be understood that the land granted to him for a reason. During the year, it is necessary to proceed to its intended use. On 1 January 2015 a ban on transactions with land plots allocated in a suburban area of Minsk and regional centers for collective gardening and located on them real estate before the expiration of five years from the date of state registration rights to such land, as well as a ban on the creation of a suburban area of Minsk new gardening companies, suburban cooperatives.
In addition, from January 1, vacant land in the gardening companies in the suburban area of Minsk will be available exclusively on the results of auctions.
