In the Minsk region 69 is planned to reorganize insolvent agricultural organizations. This was discussed today at a meeting of Executive Committee, to discuss the work of insolvent agricultural organizations in 2014 and measures to stabilize their financial and economic situation, BelTA has learned.
In the 69 identified insolvent agricultural enterprises, as a result of the reorganization of business entities which, in accordance with the Decree №348 may be entitled to receive preferential treatment in the form of deferred for 5 years for long-term investment loans, leasing, and to reduce the tax burden .
Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Semyon Shapiro ordered an inventory and an individual plan to improve performance for each of the insolvent agricultural organizations. To do this in each of the districts will set up a special working group, personal responsibility for the results of this work will be borne by the chairmen of district executive committees. "You do not need to engage in formalism and bring jobs to insolvent institutions. Need a specific plan of action in the context of each company: where to find investors that require a technique where should develop farming and so on. In this matter should be systematic," - said the governor.
Head of the region also noted that it is alarming activities of individual investors in agriculture. Now Minsk region investors transferred almost a fifth of the region's agricultural organizations - 66 organizations, but not all cases, this has a positive effect. Thus, in January-November 2014, 22 such units decreased agricultural gross production to the corresponding period of 2013. "We need to take serious measures in relation to investors who do not fulfill their obligations, further worsening the situation in enterprises", - the chairman of Minsk City Executive Committee.
Separately, Semyon Shapiro focused on staffing issues in agriculture. "Personnel reshuffle, which was in the area, we stopped, today no one is exempt and is not assigned to positions of responsibility without discussions with the Chairman of Executive Committee, responsible persons in the area. Before the appointment have to be assessed human actions in a previous job," - said it.
