The "Famous graduates" is realized in the Minsk region, BelTA learned from the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee.
In the course of the project, which is an initiative of the Department of Education Minoblispolkoma, students will learn about the history and traditions of educational institutions, life history and achievements of famous alumni.
contenders for the title of "famous graduate" are graduates of educational institutions who have professional achievements in the field of government activity, politics, social life, science, education, sports, tourism, culture, health, industry, agriculture economy.
To implement the project in the schools of the region created creative groups, study materials and documents of city and regional archives, museums, photos and videos, home archives graduates, teachers and local communities. Educational institutions established book "Famous graduates" that host biographies of people who have made a significant contribution to the establishment, development and formation of a positive image of the educational institution. The book is kept in the museum or in the library of the educational institution. Also located in the lobby of the school photo exhibition "Famous graduates."
As explained in the Executive Committee, during the year in all educational institutions are planned publication of newspapers and leaflets, books, booklets, videos, presentations of famous alumni. There will also be meetings and joint action with the famous alumni.
Among the "Famous graduates" of the Minsk region - Assistant to the President of Belarus Kirill Rudy (he graduated from high school Borovljansky), Olympic gymnastics champion Antonina Pouch (high school №2 Smolevichi), Education Minister Michael Zhuravkov (high school №3 Soligorsk), People's Artist of Belarus Tadeusz Kokshtys (high school №1 Volozhin) and many other famous people.
