Youth Chamber at Minsk City Council of Deputies continue to popularize working skills among their peers by implementing the project "Profnavigator." Today 25 young parliamentarians visited the Minsk Tractor Plant, BelTA has learned.
According to the chairman of the Youth Chamber Yegor Makarevich, among young people, there is a false impression that the Belarusian refineries worth obsolete equipment, loud noise, and the production itself is harmful to health. "After visiting the tractor plant that stereotype for us completely destroyed," - he said. Egor Makarevich also noted that MTZ - a modern enterprise, which uses the latest technology and creates a really good environment for high-quality employees. "We are active people, we have a wide circle of friends, so your positive feedback about visiting tractor factory, we will share with their friends, publish a post in social networks and on our official website," - he said.
MTZ specialists conducted for young parliamentarians tour, introducing them to the material-technical base of the enterprise, the production chain assembly of tractors, equipment models. Specialist enterprise for youth work Sergei Sidorovich stressed that MTZ interested in highly qualified staff and personnel officers regularly visit profvuzy for selection of candidates for employment. "Students who practice at the DOLE, after the release of consciously come to work at the plant. The main flow comes to distribution - every year about 200 people," - said the expert.
In the format of a vocational guidance project, young parliamentarians have already visited the traffic control centers of urban passenger transport "Minsktrans", JSC "Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant", Minsk National Airport. In 2015, also planned to organize such visits on the "Atlas", Minsk Khladokombinat №2, "Kommunarka", Minsk Electrotechnical Plant named after VI Kozlov, PMC "Minskhlebprom".
