The training camp for the 300 best participants in the BRSM youth law enforcement movement in the capital (MOOP) will take place on November 10, BelTA learned from the city organization of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union.

The girl has achondroplasia (congenital growth hormone deficiency, stenosis of the large occipital foramen with spinal cord compression) and functional cardiopathy. Kira needs regular exercises, rehabilitation and therapeutic procedures.

This evening, Belarusian pop stars Alexander Solodukh, Uncle Vanya, German Titov, Alexey Gross, Artem Mikhalenko, Egor Kann, Alen Hit, PROVokation and Las Vеgas, Cossack Song and Dance Show "Mom Like It", Tatiana Panova's show-show Khvіlinka and its soloist Ekaterina Shumskaya, break dance in the CONQUISTADOR school and other performers. The charity marathon "All the colors of life for you" is the calling card of the BRSM Good Heart volunteer movement. The main goal of the project is to popularize ideas of charity and mercy in society, providing psychological support to students of social institutions, young people with psychophysical developmental characteristics, who find themselves in a difficult life situation, and also needing expensive operations.

This year, the marathon started in May in the metropolitan area. His charity programs have already been held in the Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev regions. And on World Kindness Day on November 13, “All the colors of life for you” will make a stop in Pruzhany of the Brest region in support of the seriously ill Timofey Dyrman.

Representatives of the Minsk Regional Branch of the Union of Writers of Belarus and the Chongqing Federation of Literary and Art Circles have signed an agreement on cultural exchange. The ceremony took place today during the visit of the Chinese delegation to Minsk, BelTA informs.

As noted by the chairman of the regional branch of the organization Svetlana Bykova, the agreement further involves the exchange of delegations, as well as translations, presentations and publication of works by the most prominent writers on both sides. "The document provides for the annual planning of joint cultural events. Specific plans for 2019 will be known closer to the end of this year," she added.

In turn, the chairman of the Chongqing Federation Xiao Kejiang expressed hope for the development of active interaction of the regions. In his opinion, culture is an effective tool for creating mutual understanding between the peoples of the two countries despite all their differences.

A seminar for preschool education specialists on the Green Schools program will be held in Minsk on November 8-9, a public relations specialist of the project “Involving the public in environmental monitoring and improving environmental management at the local level” (“Eco Monitoring ") Maria Vinchevskaya. 

Preschool education specialists from all over the country will gather at the Academy of Postgraduate Education to evaluate the results of the implementation of the Green Schools environmental program in Belarus, and share experiences and best practices. "We expect up to 70 participants and many interesting topics, because in preschool education the green direction has its own characteristics. In addition to the main trends in the development of environmental education in preschool institutions, we will discuss the technological aspects of project implementation, methods and forms of work with children and parents. interaction of universities and kindergartens in these issues ", - explained Maria Vincevskaya.

The project "Environmental Monitoring" is aimed at effective and inclusive environmental management at the local level, monitoring of environmental risks, the exchange of relevant information, in particular, in the field of atmospheric air. The European Union allocates 3.5 million euros to finance it.

The issue of the quality of roads in the Minsk region is among the most relevant in the appeals of citizens, therefore it remains under constant control of the leadership of the region. The assistant to the President of Belarus, inspector in the Minsk region, Igor Yevseyev, told reporters today after an on-site personal reception of citizens in Berezino, BelTA informs.

"At the moment, the number of citizens appealing on the quality of roads has increased, so the issue is under the control of the regional executive committee. Much more money has been allocated for the improvement of roads in the Minsk region and in the whole region, I and the governor regularly make a detour. I think the roads will only improve every year, "the presidential aide said.

In part of the improvement of roads, he added, a lot of attention is paid to the creation of green spaces. Saplings are planted, and to reduce costs, young plants dug under power lines are placed at selected sites.

The volume of financing of the investment program in Minsk in 2019 is proposed to be maintained at the level of 2018 - about Br850 million, Chairman of the Construction and Investment Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee Dmitry Gurinenko said at an operational meeting in the mayor's office, BelTA informs.
