All regional cadastre agencies from April 10 will be able to certify transactions with real estate of any locality. The relevant information is posted on the official website of the State Property Committee, BelTA informs.

The first such transaction was certified by RUE "Mogilev Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre". The service was used by citizens to certify the contract of donating a garden house located in the Chausy district. As a bonus, the first customers received from the agency a free service for sending documents to the Chauss Office of the Gorki branch for their registration.

Similar services were provided last week in other territorial registration organizations. So, on April 3, the Minsk regional agency for state registration and land cadastre certified a purchase and sale transaction of a garden house with a land plot located in the Logoisk district of the Minsk region.

The State Property Committee drew attention to the fact that such transactions are subject to the following requirement: at least one of the parties entering into a registration agreement with immovable property must be an individual with Belarusian citizenship. Also it can be an individual entrepreneur, who carries out his activity without printing.
