In the Minsk region, the priority way to involve unused property into the hosorage is to redevelop it for housing, if possible. Svetlana Degterenko underlined that all methods of involving unused objects are used. So, the possibility of their use by current owners after re-profiling or repair is being considered; Sale through auction of objects to other state or non-governmental organizations; Lease of property. In addition, business entities in accordance with Decree No. 108 are given the opportunity to conclude agreements for the free use of immovable state property for the implementation of investment projects.
