Team USA earned 304 points.
Maksim Nedasekau of Belarus won the high jump event with the season's best of 2.35m, securing the 2020 Tokyo Olympics berth.
The competitions between the teams of Europe and the USA will continue on 10 September (19.00 Minsk time). Athletes will compete in 19 events. Nine Belarusian athletes will defend the colors of Team Europe.
