стала для 67-і выхаванцаў і педагагічнага калектыву Івянецкага дома-інтэрната мерапрыемства, наладжанае ў рамках рэспубліканскай дабрачыннай акцыі “Нашы дзеці” напярэдадні самых светлых свят – Нараджэння Хрыстова і Новага года.

Мерапрыемства сабрала шмат сяброў, сярод якіх многія з’яўляюцца добрымі знаёмымі ўстановы і не раз працягвалі руку падтрымкі ва ўсемагчымых лепшых пачынаннях. Павіншаваць выхаванцаў прыехалі дэпутат парламента Іван Станіслававіч МАРКЕВІЧ, дырэктар Дэпартамента дзяржінспекцыі працы Беларусі Віктар Іванавіч СІДАРОВІЧ, старшыня Валожынскага райвыканкама Мікалай Анатольевіч АСТРЭЙКА, член Савета дырэктараў ТАА "Еўрагандаль" Аляксандр Іванавіч ЛІТВІН, прадстаўнікі рэспубліканскіх і абласных службаў і ведамстваў, грамадскіх арганізацый. Кожны прыбыў не з пустымі рукамі – падарункі пад святочнай ёлкай будуць саграваць і радаваць дзіцячыя сэрцы доўгі час.

Госці і на гэты раз здолелі прыемна ўразіць. Сярод падарункаў – як для 41 хлопчыка і 26 дзяўчынак, так і для патрэб самой установы – ультрасучасныя тэлевізар, камп’ютар, прынтар, шматлікія прыборы бытавога прызначэння і многае іншае. Падоранае ад шчырага сэрца, аздобленае добрымі віншавальнымі словамі выступоўцаў, ледзь змясцілася пад святочную ёлку! Паўсюдна панаваў выдатны настрой, а лаўкі “зіхацелі” ад стракатых убораў галоўных “віноўнікаў” урачыстасці.

Захапіў узровень майстэрства, з якім выступілі самадзейныя артысты з дома-інтэрната, іх разняволенасць перад залай, поўнай гледачоў. Шчырыя ўсмешкі на тварах удзельнікаў навагодняй казкі выдавалі іх цёплыя пачуцці, і створаная навучэнцамі атмасфера прадчування дзівоснага хутка падняла настрой усім прысутным. Пасмяшыла традыцыйная “нячыстая сіла”, парадавалі Дзядуля Мароз з унучкай. А колькі спеваў, жартаў… Дзеці на калясках нават танец выканалі, чым уразілі да глыбіні душы!

Для выхаванцаў прыемным сюрпрызам сталі выступленні маладога беларускага спевака Івана Буслая, фокусніка Канстанціна і музычна-танцавальны нумар “чалавека-спружыны” – іх запрасіла дырэктар дома-інтэрната Алена Сігізмундаўна Петрашкевіч. Запомніўся і цудоўны, вялікі торт, які выпек і прывёз прафесіянал – колішні выпускнік установы Міхаіл Старавойтаў.

Госці засталіся пад вялікім уражаннем, расставаліся з найлепшымі пажаданнямі. У новы год з надзейнымі сябрамі – што можа быць лепш?!

Воложинский районный центр культуры готовит для семей с детьми новогодние представления в деревне Бобровичи, которые пройдут 28 и 30 декабря. Приехав из Воложина в Бобровичи, семьи встретятся с Лесовиком, Медведем и Гаспадыняй.

Праздник будет проходить на трех площадках: хороводы вокруг елки на улице, возле культурно-спортивного центра; чаепитие и музыкальная программа в холле центра; спектакль «Волшебные часы» с загадками и играми для детейв актовом зале. В финале Дед Мороз всех угостит сладкими подарками.

Punishing someone is not the idea. Every one of them has a family, a destiny and so on. But if a person is not up to the task, he or she has to go. If any personnel shifts or changes are necessary, you need to be able to see it,” said Alexander Lukashenko.

The President described problems by using specific spheres as an example. Sport was one of them. “We all saw how our athletes performed during the Olympic Games in Rio. I see that our sport functionaries keep talking happily about it. They are satisfied, they believe that things went well. Well, they may be satisfied but you and I are not and neither is the nation. We didn't expect such characterless and abnormal performance,” noted the head of state.

“A huge amount of money has been invested in sport. There were no complaints. But the investments produced no results to satisfy the nation's requirements since the nation's money was used to finance the trip to Rio,” stressed Alexander Lukashenko. “Yet the sport functionaries are satisfied with the state of affairs. They are making preparations to host a general assembly of the European Olympic committees although I've told them repeatedly they should contact [Head of the Belarus President Administration Alexander] Kosinets and [Deputy Prime Minister Natalya] Kochanova. I've told them they should get in touch with the sport federations, the Sports and Tourism Ministry to discuss personnel matters and all the other things and only then host the assembly. The event should be hosted by the people, who will work in the new Olympic cycle.”

На ней можно будет приобрести урожай, выращенный сельхозорганизациями района, крестьянскими (фермерскими) хозяйствами и частными предприятиями, а также мясную продукцию. Чтобы торговля шла веселее, участники художественной самодеятельности сельских Домов культуры совместно с работниками ГУК "Воложинский районный центр культуры" порадуют покупателей своими музыкальными номерами.

The program of the visit is eventful. On 13 October, the delegation will partake in a trade, economy and tourism conference of Guangdong Province and Minsk Oblast. Participants in the forum are expected to sign a memorandum of cooperation between the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province and Belarus' Industrial Park Development Company. The memorandum will be aimed at attracting Chinese companies to the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park Great Stone.

The program of the conference includes presentations of the export and investment potential of Minsk Oblast, and also the tourism potential of Guangdong Province and Minsk Oblast.

On 14 October, the delegation will visit the construction site of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park.

Belarus and Russia have resolved the problems with the energy supplies, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said on 10 October, BelTA has learned.

“Yesterday I received a government's report on oil and gas disputes with Russia. I understand that the latest dispute is over and that we were able to sign a relevant document. All the problems, at least as of yesterday, were settled,” the head of state said.

Alexander Lukashenko remarked that he asked the specialists who took part in the negotiations to clarify the details of the agreement. “The main thing is to make sure that our yesterday's agreements will help us avoid similar conflicts with Russia in the future,” the President said.

“Such disputes have no economic sense. More so, they are costly. It is inappropriate to have such relations with Russia,” the Belarusian leader stressed.

The head of state asked whether the Belarusian side loses anything as a result of the current agreements and what the long-term effect will be. “You say the effect is long-term, till 2019. But time will pass, and Belarusian economic operators will still be in unequal conditions (in comparison with Russians. – BelTA's note),” the President noted.

In this context, Alexander Lukashenko emphasized that Belarus and Russia need to agree on equal conditions for economic operators in accordance with the letter and spirit of the Union State Treaty.

“The Protocol was signed on Friday. Under the Protocol, all oil and gas issues have been resolved. The Protocol pegs the prices to the Russian domestic prices,” Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko said.

The protocol signed with the Russian side is a working document. Now the parties will need to adjust the legal framework in this area, the Deputy Prime Minister told reporters. “I am very grateful to my colleagues, particularly Arkady Dvorkovich, for their constructive approach. We had difficult, lengthy negotiations. This is a working protocol, which outlines the key guidelines for our further activities. Now we have to work on adjusting the intergovernmental agreements which we signed earlier,” he noted.

Vladimir Semashko, in particular, cited the Belarusian-Russian agreement on natural gas pricing of 25 November 2011. “This week we will draft amendments to this agreement and will send them to our colleagues. We need to get this done by 31 December,” he said.

Belarus and Russia will also need to prepare an intergovernmental agreement in view of the plans to create the single electricity market in the Eurasian Economic Union by 1 July 2019. “Under the working Protocol, we have committed to sign the agreement in the first quarter of next year. We must draft the text literally within 1 or 2 months, and then submit it for the domestic procedures,” Vladimir Semashko said.

He also recalled that the EEU is set to enforce the single hydrocarbons market by 1 January 2025.

УСК по Минской области расследует уголовное дело в отношении группы лиц, которые своей противоправной деятельностью наносили ущерб отечественным операторам связи, сообщила БЕЛТА официальный представитель управления Следственного комитета по Минской области Татьяна Белоног.

"Противоправные действия подозреваемых пресечены сотрудниками УВД Миноблисполкома в Молодечно. Двое молодых людей, оба - 1995 года рождения, на съемных квартирах с помощью компьютерной техники, сим-карт операторов сотовой связи, специализированных программных и технических средств перенаправляли поступающий в Беларусь международный телефонный сигнал в обход национальных операторов электросвязи", - отметили в Следственном комитете.

По данным следствия, в результате противоправных действий только за месяц молодые люди получили незаконный доход около Br40 тыс.

Проводятся допросы свидетелей, изучается документация, исследуется содержимое используемых в преступных целях специального оборудования и иных радиоэлектронных устройств, устанавливается причиненный ущерб. Для оказания правовой помощи направлены поручения в страны СНГ, Литву.

Действия подозреваемых квалифицированы следствием по ч.2 ст.216 УК (причинение ущерба при отсутствии признаков хищения, совершенное группой лиц).

В Воложинском районе с 10 по 16 октября пройдут торжественные мероприятия, посвященные Дню матери, который отмечается в Беларуси 14 октября.

Методист Воложинского районного центра культуры Марина Бернацкая рассказала Край.бай, что торжества по случаю Дня матери начнутся в районе в понедельник, 10 октября, и завершатся в воскресенье, 16 октября. Прием матерей будет проводиться в трудовых коллективах предприятий и организаций. Утренники и концерты пройдут в детских садах, школах и других учебных заведениях. Матерям подарят открытки и сувениры в рамках акции «Помоги ближнему».

По словам Марины Бернацкой, в отделении дневного пребывания инвалидов организуют праздничное мероприятие «Для тех, кто дарит свет и красоту». Поздравления получат как матери-инвалиды, так и матери, которые воспитывают детей-инвалидов.

В территориальном центре социального обслуживания населения в течение недели состоится четыре концерта. В центре поздравят матерей из неполных семей и их детей.
