С 1 по 16 ноября 2023 года в рамках Международного дня отказа от курения . ГУК «Ивенецкий  Дом культуры»  организовал конкурс - «Письмо курильщику» . В нём приняли участие  9-11классы ГУО « Ивенецкая средняя школа. По итогам победу одержал учащийся 11 «Б» класса Тимур Фастовец. Его письмо было признано лучшим. Тимур был награждён Грамотой и сладким подарком от организаторов конкурса.

The China-Belarus association of universities will become a hallmark of humanitarian cooperation between our countries, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Belarus Xie Xiaoyong said after the signing of the agreement on the establishment of the association, during the 1st Forum of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Belarus and China on 21 November, BelTA has learned.

“Chinese-Belarusian relations are at the highest level in the history of interstate relations today. Last September, the leaders of our countries met in Samarkand, where they made a decision to elevate China-Belarus relations to an all-weather, comprehensive strategic partnership, which gave a new impetus to the development of our relations in all the areas. We can say that our bilateral relations have made a historic leap forward. Today's agreement marks a landmark event in the history of cooperation in education between China and Belarus. More than 80 higher education institutions of the two countries have joined this association. The main forces of cooperation in education will be concentrated here. We have every reason to turn the association into another charming hallmark of China-Belarus humanitarian cooperation in such areas as inter-university cooperation, joint training of specialists, including exchange of teachers, students, and also joint scientific work, and so on,” Xie Xiaoyong said.

The ambassador is confident that the establishment of the association will further promote Chinese-Belarusian cooperation not only in education, but also mutually beneficial cooperation in all the areas. “Such an association is of great importance for training even more Chinese and Belarusian scholars who know well the languages of our two countries, who understand Chinese and Belarusian cultures, who are ready to stay committed to Chinese-Belarusian cooperation. In short, the creation of such a large-scale association of universities opens up many opportunities for further development of our cooperation in education,” he added.

More than 80 universities of Belarus and China have joined the association. The plenary session was attended by rectors of universities of both countries. The forum will continue with breakout sessions, university visits and bilateral meetings.

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has received Head of the Belarus President Administration Igor Sergeyenko, BelTA reports.

At the beginning of the meeting, Aleksandr Lukashenko outlined a set of talking points.

Having previously discussed security issues with the military, the president noted that the meeting with Igor Sergeyenko will focus on organizational matters.

This includes the presidential schedule (mandatory events); preparations for the upcoming elections of deputies, as well as election of delegates to the Belarusian People's Congress; preparations for the New Year and Christmas holidays.

“I have briefed the head of state on the work of the Belarus President Administration to organize a number of events. This primarily concerned the events that are due to take place this year, as well as socio-political issues and personnel matters. Plans for 2024 were also discussed, including the president's schedule and key events for next year,” Igor Sergeyenko told reporters after the meeting.

According to him, personnel selection and training were also discussed. First of all, this pertains to the work with high-potential officials included in the talent pool of the head of state. The youth policy and the work to identify best-fit candidates to work at the government and state-run organizations were also on the agenda.

Igor Sergeyenko noted that the head of state's schedule is quite busy.

The year 2024 will also be quite tense, the head of the Belarus President Administration remarked. He recalled that the day before Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decrees to call parliamentary elections. Thus, the Central Election Commission will start preparing for the electoral campaign on the ground. It is noteworthy that next year delegates to the Belarusian People's Congress will be selected in line with a new procedure to ensure that people's interests are duly represented. The Belarusian People's Congress will feature people from all walks of life, including parliamentarians and representatives of civil society.

“The range of tasks is quite big. One of them is taking stock of economic performance in the current year. This will also be the subject of discussion with the president. Several large-scale meetings, which the president mentioned earlier, are to be held to review specific areas of social and economic policy. Therefore, everyone will have to work hard,” Igor Sergeyenko added.

17 ноября 2023года в кинотеатре «Юность» г.Воложина состоялось торжественное мероприятие, посвященное профессиональному празднику, Дню работников сельского хозяйства и перерабатывающей промышленности агропромышленного комплекса. В мероприятии принимали участие 25 человек ветеранов,  в том числе председатель совета ветеранов Тиганина Т.Ф., бывшие руководители, а также животноводы, полеводы и  труженики различных направлений сельского хозяйства.

Праздник прошел в теплой домашней атмосфере. Всем присутствующим был предоставлен большой праздничный концерт.

В рамках XXIX Минского международного кинофестиваль «Лістапад» в кинотеатре «Юность» состоялся премьерный показ документального фильма «Озаричи. Полесская трагедия».

На показ пригласили учащихся старших классов школ города и сельскохозяйственного колледжа. Перед зрителями выступил продюсер фильма Валерий Сороко.

Он рассказал о процессе съемок и о том, как режиссеру повезло найти героиню фильма Ольгу Андреевну Дайнеко, которой сейчас 96 лет. В фильме «Озаричи. Полесская трагедия» свидетельница тех страшных событий Ольга Дайнеко рассказывает о жизни в концлагере.

— Это уникальное событие. Благодаря свой воле и желанию эта мужественная женщина, еще девочкой попавшая в концлагерь, смогла выжить, вышла замуж и родила 5 сыновей. У нее 16 внуков и 22 правнука. В свои зрелые годы она сохранила ясный ум и прекрасное чувство юмора», — рассказал Валерий Сороко.

По его мнению, авторам фильма удалось создать достойный образ для подражания для будущих потомков. Ребята смогли задать интересующие их вопросы, самые активные получили в подарок книгу с автографом автора.

В Миноблисполкоме состоялась церемония награждения победителей областного проекта «Выставочные мероприятия выходного дня» на мемориальном комплексе «Курган Славы».

Воложинский район занял 2 место в областном проекте. Диплом представителю района, начальнику отдела идеологической работы, культуры и по делам молодёжи Ирине Жданюк, вручил заместитель председателя Миноблисполкома Иван Маркевич.

3 место заняло главное управление по здравоохранению Миноблисполкома;

2 место разделили Воложинский и Слуцкий районы;

1 место занял комитет по сельскому хозяйству и продовольствию облисполкома.

Победителем онлайн-голосования стал Столбцовский район. Дипломом за особый вклад в областной проект награждено КУП «Миноблкиновидеопрокат». Победителей выставочных мероприятий ожидает экскурсия в «Хатынь».

Напомним, что с мая на Кургане Славы каждый уикенд в весенне-летний сезон гости мемориального комплекса могли познакомиться с уникальностью разных районов Минской области, их богатыми традициями, кухней, историей. Также свои презентации и увлекательный интерактив предлагали структурные подразделения областного исполнительного комитета, общественные организации и предприятия центрального региона.

20 ноября в 19-08 в центр оперативного управления Воложинского района поступило сообщение о том, что в деревне Судники горит хозяйственная постройка.

В считанные минуты пожарные расчеты прибыли по указанному адресу и установили, что произошло загорание хозяйственного строения. Пожар ликвидирован до прибытия подразделений МЧС. Пострадавших нет.

Огнем повреждена стена на площади 3 кв.м. и дрова, находившееся в постройке. Причина пожара устанавливается. Рассматриваются две версии случившегося – неосторожное обращение с огнем или поджог (виновные лица устанавливаются).

Если вы стали очевидцем пожара, немедленно вызывайте спасателей по номерам «101» или «112». Сообщите точное место происшествия и опишите наиболее важные детали. Предоставьте диспетчеру ваш номер телефона, чтобы в случае необходимости он смог уточнить важную информацию. И помните, что чем раньше вы позвоните, ем больше шансов на спасение людей и их имущества.

Since the start of the year 2023, some 384,343 residents of the neighboring EU states of Lithuania, Latvia and Poland have taken advantage of the visa waiver to come to Belarus, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.

Some 769,329 people from the neighboring EU countries have visited Belarus since the launch of the visa-waiver program, including 479,868 citizens of Lithuania, 53,895 non-citizens and 176,635 citizens of Latvia, and 58,931 Polish citizens.

Since the start of this year, 384,343 tourists from the neighboring EU states have arrived in Belarus visa-free. This included 231,605 citizens of Lithuania, 88,501 citizens and 27,016 non-citizens of Latvia, and 37,221 Polish citizens.

On 20 November, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decrees No. 367 "On setting the date for the elections of deputies" and No. 368 "On setting the date for the elections to the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus", BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.

These documents, in accordance with the Constitution, call the elections to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the eighth convocation and local Councils of Deputies of the 29th convocation on the single voting day - 25 February 2024, and to the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the eighth convocation - on 4 April 2024.

Candidates for the seats on the Council of the Republic shall be nominated by local councils of deputies, executive and administrative bodies no later than 21 March 2024.

At the same time, the Central Election Commission, state bodies, and other organizations shall take measures to organize elections, and the government shall allocate funds for their preparation and conduct from the national budget.

Belarus plans to actively promote Belarusian equipment and services to Zimbabwe, Igor Marshalov, newly-appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Zimbabwe, told BelTA.

“The head of state pays great attention to political, trade and economic cooperation with Zimbabwe,” he said. “Today, specific tasks have been set to increase trade with this country.”

The diplomat went on saying: “There are many existing contracts. There are also contracts for the next year. There is a task for Belarus to join the country's mechanization programs. Already this year the country has received a good harvest, including thanks to the Belarusian equipment. There are also tasks to service this equipment and train personnel.”

“We will be working on it,” Igor Marshalov emphasized.

“The subsoil of African countries is very rich, and many countries around the world are eager to trade with Africa. Belarus has certain competencies, which we will be interested in implementing in Zimbabwe,” he added.

Previously, Igor Marshalov served as Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee - Director of the Financial Investigations Department.
